for those of u who fail to realize the brilliance of LA culture allow me to introduce u to a new LA format . ppl seem to think that LA is all hollywood , fake boobs , douchebags on sunset , & superficial bullshit . ppl fail to realize that LA is a beach town whose residents thrive on laid back good vibes , great music , & positive energy . we're hippies at the core , gangsters at heart . we prefer a great house party over a stuffy , pretentious hollywood club anyday . we drink , we smoke , we straight west coast . . . no matter the race , gender , sexual preference , we all just want to have a damn good time & show off our own individual style in a mix of creative a-alikes . it's easy to deny the true LA culture because it never had a meeting place . until now . we -- d'leau , killa reese (bleu collar) , basik (bleu collar) , dj kiilu grand , & i -- had a common vision : a bizarre house party that would bring everyone together to prove to each other & the world alike that LA has a burgeoning alternative culture that deserves proper recognition . what started out as a basic idea turned into a city-wide phenomenon . hundreds of ppl under one roof with one common goal : pure , unadulterated fun .
